Saturdays, 10:00 - 11:00 AM
March 9th - April 13th (6 sessions)

This is an introduction to the sport of field hockey.
This clinic will focus on basic field hockey skills. Here players will learn how to pass, dribble and properly hold the stick. We will focus on cultivating a love of the sport and the value of teamwork while having fun learning the basic skills needed to play.

6th-8th grade: Beginner Clinic           REGISTER HERE

 

Saturdays, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
March 9th - April 13th (6 sessions)

This is an introduction to the sport of field hockey for older girls.
If you have never played on a team before this is the clinic for you. Here we will focus on the basic field hockey skills of dribbling, passing, receiving,1v1 offensive and defensive play. We will have fun by playing in small game like situations and learn the importance of teamwork and communication.

6th-8th grade: Advanced Clinic              REGISTER HERE

 

Wednesdays, 4:30 - 6:00 PM
March 6th - April 10th (6 sessions)

This is a clinic for girls who have played on an organized team before.
We will build upon prior knowledge of the sport and focus on fine tuning their fundamental skills as well as introduce them to more advanced techniques that will benefit them in the game. Here we can focus on the importance of initiative, leadership, and confidence while working with teammates.
