STICKWORK & SHOOTING
SKILL DEVELOPMENT
Players will be placed in a progressive based curriculum
that will be catered to removing bad habits,
improving accuracy, and increasing shot speed.
Stickwork & Shooting Skill Development Program will be directed by
Coach Nick Schmidt - current NJ Boys 2022 Head Coach, Nationally certified health
and physical education teacher, and former Rutgers, MLL, and World Team Lacrosse player.
There will be 2 sessions held over the course of the Winter at Mad Dog Sports Center.
Day/Times: Fridays
4:30 - 5:30 PM (3rd-8th Grades)
5:30 - 6:30 PM (High School)
