Regardless of the sport, Our Elite Performance Team has a lot to offer your Team. We utilize our proven methods and techniques to improve your team’s performance while reinforcing Team concepts! Our custom-designed  training programs will help you to restore, rebuild and refine the way your team plays and will keep you steps ahead of the competition!

There are 2 options:

  1. Strength Training - We will focus on functional movement patterns, injury prevention, mobility, stability,  the 6 core lifts (squats, deadlifts, bench, rows, overhead presses, pull-ups) and core strength.
  2. Speed and Agility -We will focus on techniques in Acceleration and Top Speed phases of sprinting as well as Change of Direction. We will also develop stability and explosiveness in the lower body.

We will use different stations and different circuits to provide small group instruction with high reps!

Cancellations must be in writing and received by email 48 hours before an event. You will receive a 100% credit for any future Mad Dog Event. Credit is also transferable to a family member. Cash refunds are not available.
